  • Russian Consul General paid a visit to IUMS

    Russian Consul General, Boris Burmistrov, along with his delegate have paid a visit to IUMS on 7th of July. They had a meeting with the Head of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, in which the Vice Chancellors of Research and Education and the Director of International Affairs of the University were also present. This University stated its readiness for further cooperate with Russia in scientific fields, on the basis of the already existing relationship between the two countries, as well as their signed memorandum of understanding.

    The two sister cities of Isfahan and St. Petersburg had a video conference on 16 June 2020 regarding Corona confrontation, which was held by Isfahan municipality. Isfahan University of Medical Sciences' representatives took active part at this event. The experiences regarding prevention, management and control of COVID-19 as well as researches in that area were discussed at this conference.
