As an Academic Guest of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, this university will facilitate your visa process. For that purpose, we will need the following documents from you:

1- A scan of the first page of your passport. Please make sure this scan meets all the requirements mentioned in the following link: Passport Standard Guide

2- A recently taken photo. Please make sure the photo meets all the requirements mentioned in the following link: Photo Standard Guide

3- Your Curriculum Vitae                                                                                                                      

4- Also please complete the visa form and email it to international@mui.ac.ir.
