Occupational therapy or OT is a client-centered health profession concerned with promoting health and well-being through occupations and activities stated as important and prioritized in life by each client. Occupational Therapy (OT) department of this university has started its activity in School of Rehabilitation Sciences since 2008. The main purposes of OT department are training specialized occupational therapists with highest scientific level, enabling people to participate actively in life through overcoming limitations caused by different diseases, and participation in different levels of health promotion and disease prevention in community.
