Established in 2011 the main goals andactivities of this research center include:

·         Conducting epidemiological and fundamental clinical research in related areas,

·         Providing specialized diagnostic services for infectious diseases,

·         Training researchers for medical and epidemiological studies in the field of infection control,

·         Collaboration with national and international institutes in the field of hospital infections.
